About TNP Cell

The sole aim of Training & Placement Cell is to make RMCET the center of excellence in the Kokan region. The TPC arranges campus Interviews and helps students develop leadership, interviewing, and communication skills and also prepares them for aptitude tests. We place special emphasis to create an environment highly conducive for building solid foundation of knowledge, communication skills, soft skills, personality development, self discipline and enhancement of creativity through motivation and drive, which helps to produce professionals well trained for the rigors of professional and social life. Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam has rightly said, “You have to dream before your dreams can come true”. Our high-quality education and efforts of the TPC help our students dream big dreams and stay committed to realize them. With great pleasure and honor, we invite industries and corporate houses on our campus and our students to take advantage of all TPC activities.
