ABOUT RMCET

Sanstha is Running in the 27th year, a degree engineering college at Ambav (Devrukh) approved by AICTE, New Delhi, recognised by Directorate of Tech. Education, Maharashtra and affiliated to Mumbai University since 1998 Running in the 27th year. RMCET is Located on 31 Acres land at village Ambav, about 7 Km. from Devrukh city. The campus includes Administrative, Instructional Area, Work Shop, Laboratories, Library and Residential buildings etc. area admeasuring 20461 Sq.mtrs. This College is a fully developed residential engineering college. At present there are Over 600+ students studying in the following four branches viz. Computer, Electronics & Telecommunication, Automobile, and Mechanical Engineering. This college is also have one post graduation course in management i.e. MBA/MMS.This college has earned a reputation as being among the best colleges in Konkan Region.RMCET has well equipped Laboratories, Computer Departments, Workshop and Library to impart best technical education to the students. RMCET has qualified staff strength of 65 Teaching Faculty and 80 Non-Teaching employees. The employees are paid salary as per the pay scale approved by UGC / AICTE and the D.A is paid as prescribed by State Govt. from time to time. Teaching Faculty is selected by the properly constituted Selection Committee appointed by the University of Mumbai. The overall result of RMCET is well above the University average

Message from the Principal

It is my privilege to warmly welcome you into the portals of this institution dedicated to the cause of top-quality technical education with the motto of "Work is Worship". RMCET is one of the oldest engineering colleges in the Konkan region under the aegis of Mumbai University.

Our Honorable Chairman Ravindraji Mane has dedicated this institute to empower engineers of the country with professional and ethical values. At RMCET, we provide high-end undergraduate degree programs in four disciplines of engineering and a postgraduate program in management studies.

We pursue global standards of excellence and strive to create all-round personalities - professionally and socially. To support our innovative teaching practices, we have excellent faculty, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and modern laboratories.
